Your own prompts
Write the questions that matter in your market. They are asked daily and the answers measured the same way each time.
- Mention rate over time
- Position among named brands
- Sources the model cited
AI visibility
People increasingly ask an assistant instead of searching. Ubigio asks the questions your customers ask, every day, and records whether your brand comes up, where it sits against named competitors, and which sources the model cited.
How it is measured
The prompt is exactly what you wrote, and it never mentions your brand — a prompt that named you would produce the mention it is supposed to be counting.
Write the questions that matter in your market. They are asked daily and the answers measured the same way each time.
Rivals are watched by name rather than guessed from the text, because guessing which capitalised words are brands produces noise instead of data.
A site can be flawless for search and invisible in AI answers because one line in robots.txt excludes the crawlers that feed them.
What this is, exactly
Ubigio measures what each assistant's API returns. That is close to what somebody sees in the consumer app, but not the same thing: those carry their own retrieval, system prompts and personalisation, and no tool can reproduce them from outside.
Driving the consumer interfaces directly would breach their terms, so the API is the honest route. Every figure records which model produced it rather than implying one universal answer.
