The whole top 100
A tracker that cannot see position 47 cannot show you recovering from it. "Outside the top ten" is not a measurement.

Rank tracking
Positions are checked once a day in the country and on the device you care about. Ubigio buys search results from a data provider rather than scraping: scraping breaches search engines' terms, and the proxy bandwidth alone costs more than buying the same result.
Daily positions
The same phrase in another country, or on a phone rather than a desktop, is a different question with a different answer. Each is tracked separately rather than averaged into something nobody can act on.
A tracker that cannot see position 47 cannot show you recovering from it. "Outside the top ten" is not a measurement.
When two of your pages rank for one keyword they split its authority. Ubigio names both and their positions.
An AI overview above the results changes what any rank is worth, so its presence is recorded with the position.
Competitive landscape
Not the list you typed in when you set the account up. Every rank check returns the whole result page, so Ubigio already knows which domains hold your keywords — and reads them instead of throwing them away.
Rivals are discovered from the results you already pay for. A competitor you had not thought of shows up the moment it starts outranking you.
Counted against you on every keyword they outrank you for, including the ones you do not rank for at all — which is where a rival matters most.
The provider bills for the whole result page whether or not anyone reads it. Reading it is free; discarding it was the waste.
Honest about cost
Every tracked keyword is a standing charge with the data provider, so Ubigio treats the tracked set as a decision rather than something to expand quietly. Allowances are per plan, adding a keyword says what it costs, and removing one stops the charge immediately.
